The development programs offer a broad exposure to all the key aspects of oil and gas exploration and production in today’s environment with special emphasis on the core areas of Engineering, Geology, or Land.
The development programs are individualized training, with hands-on experience, specialty schools as well as the challenges, opportunities and rewards found in the oil and gas industry.
What to Expect
Focused on providing quality work experience, the program is “project oriented” such that most projects will take several weeks to complete. The emphasis is on training by providing projects to educate you on our company, the Oil and Gas industry, as well as what it means to be a contributor to the company’s success.
At the end of the Summer Program you will have an opportunity to present your findings to senior management as well as your peers and other professionals in your field.
