Thomas O. Morrow

Mr. Morrow was appointed Vice President – Operations Support of SM Energy in January 2023, having previously served as Permian Asset Manager since December 2012, Regional Engineering Manager since June 2009, and Regional Production Manager in August 2007. Mr. Morrow joined SM Energy in January 2007 as Sr. Production Engineer for the Midland, Texas office.

Mr. Morrow has more than 38 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining SM Energy, Mr. Morrow was with Chevron from 2005 to 2007. Prior to Chevron, Mr. Morrow served in several roles of increasing responsibility in engineering and operations management with Unocal/Pure Resources, and Venoco, Inc. from 1991 to 2005. Mr. Morrow began his career with Sohio Petroleum/BP Exploration in 1984.
